I just saw on the news about an Animal Amnesty day. This is where all manner of exotic animals can be turned in and guaranteed a good home. Without punishing the owners. Of course it is hard to give up a pet. Unfortunately most people would just turn their animals loose! Virtually guaranteeing their death.

The Amnesty day is being held in Florida where they are used to seeing all sorts of unusual and exotic animals.
